Abstract
(Abstracted from J Matern Fetal Neonatal Med 2017;30(11):1342–1346) Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is associated with increased risk of adverse outcomes, including stillbirth, spontaneous preterm birth, and passage of meconium. Management of ICP patients consists of both controlling symptoms and minimizing fetal/neonatal risk for complications.
