Abstract
Among the diseases and damages with which the personnel of the Navy seek medical care, a significant place is occupied by infectious diseases. Principles of organization of medical care of infectious patients are common to all branches of the armed forces, but the Navy medical support is implemented in other forms, for example, than in the Army. Specific conditions of military service of the Navy (coastal military units, surface and submarine forces, aviation Navy and grouping of naval forces at a considerable distance from the main locations) require the medical services of additional knowledge about the organization of rendering of medical aid to patients with various infectious diseases, including those not typical for daily activities of the medical service on the territory of the Russian Federation.
