Organization of Forensic Activity: Issues of Theory and Practice

Abstract

The article describes scientific approaches to the concept of «forensic activity», focuses on the expediency of analysis of forensic activity in technical, tactical and strategic aspects including the appropriate differentiation of the objectives of these activities, it is argued that a clear definition of the integral task of forensic activities is the basis of its effective algorithmization, programming, information and technological support. The author’s view on the structure and content of forensic activities is provided. Attention to the fact that the organization of forensic activities is an important component of its effective implementation is drawn. The concept of organization of criminal activity, its essence is given, levels are characterized.
