Abstract
In daily practice, nail pigmentation can be adiagnostic challenge, especially if the dermoscopic findings are nonspecific. We present examples of cases, in which optical coherence tomography-arapid, noninvasive imaging method-showed typical changes that were indicative for the diagnosis.
