Abstract

Based on the analysis of hydraulic support design variables, a set of hydraulic support mechanism optimization design system has been developed with VC++ language. Design optimization of hydraulic powered support system instead of manual design and greatly shortened the design cycle and improves the accuracy of the design. This paper also analyzes two structural dimensions of the four linkage structure-the horizontal distance and vertical distance between the lower hinge point on the base of the front connecting rod and the rear connecting rod. By the analysis size range of the two structural dimensions has been found. It is Very valuable for designing hydraulic support.
