Abstract

Hydraulic support is a key equipment of synthesis mechanization caving coal. Now, lots of countries in the world are increasing investment on hydraulic support design, manufacture and research. This paper took ZT6500/19.5/34 hydraulic support as an example. First, three dimensions solid model of the type simplified hydraulic support was constructed by three dimensions construction model software Solid Works. Then, three dimensions solid model was led in ANSYS software. Finally, the strength test of the type hydraulic support was made under top beam both ends concentration load working condition, top beam torsion II working condition, top beam unbalance load working condition and top beam middle concentration load working condition by ANSYS software. The relevant total displacement distribution rule and equivalent stress distribution rule of the type simplified hydraulic support computation model were found. This research is benefit to the general optimal design and improvement on hydraulic support structure and strength before quantity production. This provides a practical and convenient research way on hydraulic support design and research.
