Abstract
The results of the analysis of methods, tools and experience of optimizing the use of chemical means of plant protection (CMPP) in Russia and the EU countries are considered within the framework of the new paradigm of agricultural development»preserve and increase", which is based on the desire to minimize or completely eliminate the shortcomings of plant protection chemicals with implementation of methods of complex protection or integrated plant protection.
