Abstract

The article deals with the problem of optimizing the system of centers for ensuring the performance of road construction machines in Vietnam. In order to improve quality and meet maintenance and repair needs, a systematic approach is needed for the entire fleet of road construction machines in Vietnam. Three variants of the structure of the system for ensuring the operability of road construction equipment in Vietnam are considered, taking into account the possibility of cooperation with construction enterprises. For the proposed variants of the structure, a mathematical model was developed based on the transport problem of optimizing the placement and capacity of centers for ensuring the performance of road construction machines and industrial and technical construction enterprises on the basis of cooperation. A technique for solving the problem using the simulation annealing method is proposed. As a result of optimization, two options for the location and capacity of the system of centers for ensuring the performance of road construction machines were obtained.
