Optimal weight of resection apparatus for prosthetics of posteroperative defects of the upper jaw

Summary
У статті проведений аналіз впливу ваги різноманітних конструкцій резекційної апаратури верхньої щелепи на розвиток ускладнень у віддалені періоди спостережень та способи їх профілактики за допомогою запропонованих конструкцій протезів на різних етапах реабілітації. Мета роботи — проаналізувати вплив ваги резекційних протезів верхньої щелепи на розвиток ускладнень з боку тканин протезного ложа. Для хворих із кістковими дефектами на верхній щелепі різного ґенезу рекомендовано протезування резекційною апаратурою із самофіксацією в разі відсутності природних та штучних опор на здорових ділянках щелепи.
