Abstract

An optimal planning method for regenerative electric heating considering the supply capability of distribution network is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the model of a regenerative electric heating system with a heat pump and a hot water storage tank is established. Then, an optimal scheduling model of regenerative electric heating is constructed, which takes the operation cost as the goal. Finally, a typical integrated energy systems is used as a test system to illustrate the method. The case results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the peak-valley load difference based on the heat storage capacity of regenerative electric heating.
