Abstract
Direct power purchase by large consumers is a hot issue in electric system reform of the present stage. The reform of power market is steadily boosted which allows large consumers to participate in market competition directly. With the development of retail power market, large consumers can choose purchasing electric energy among spot market, long-term contract trade power market and autonomous power plant. The development of direct power purchase by large consumers helps to improve the electricity price formation mechanism and elevate the optimal configuration level of electrical resources, but large consumers need to face more uncertain factors of market in the specific process of power purchase. For purchasing combination of large consumers in electricity market, and comprehensively considering uncertainty of the power price, this paper analyzes the optimal combined electricity purchasing strategy of large consumers from the viewpoint of expected electricity purchasing cost. Taking the electricity purchasing of large consumers in market as research object, an optimal model of power purchase strategy for direct power purchase by large consumers based on the multi-state model of electricity price is put forward in this paper, and considering the chaos optimization theory, the solving algorithm is also presented to the complexion. It not only provides an optimal power purchase strategy for direct power purchase by large consumers, but also decreases the expected electricity purchasing cost.
