Abstract

In this work, phenyl-SBA-15@Fe3O4 organic phenyl functional magnetic mesoporous materials were synthesized as adsorbent for magnetic dispersive solid phase extraction (M−DSPE) sample pretreatment. Seven triazole fungicides were simultaneously analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with ultraviolet detection (HPLC-UV). The extraction recovery was 82.7 %-88.6 %, and the concentration factor was 10.6–30.8. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the regression equations of seven triazole fungicides showed a good linear relationship, the coefficient of determination r2 was 0.9993–0.9999, and the detection limit was 0.19 ∼ 1.75 μg·L-1. Six strawberry samples were randomly purchased from different places in the market, and flesh, cortex, sepal, and pulp were detected separately. The results showed that flutriafol, triadimenol and difenoconazole were detected, of which flutriafol was detected from all of them and most of them exceeded the national standard. The extraction pretreatment technology is fast and efficient, which can meet the requirements of simultaneous analysis of triazole fungicide residues in strawberries.
