In the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, cross-border thinking and industry competition is increasingly fierce, "Internet +" as a new technology concept is widely used in the enterprise human resources management, which not only reflects the common ideas of economic development, but also in the practice of exploration, master more development opportunities.
