Abstract
Virgin magnetization curves at T < T f for CuMn (C Mn #62; 5 at.%) possess an inflection point and are intimately connected with the magnetic relaxation curves indicating that the involved potential energies are the same. The asymmetry of the hysteresis loops found with field cooled and zero field cooled samples is shown to be removable by repeated magnetization cycling.
