Abstract

In recent years, the traditional village collective crime is often reported. To explore the cultural change in the transformation process of the traditional village to the "deviant village" for the prevention of collective crime and the construction of new countryside is of great significance. S village is one of the seven typical telecommunications fraud villages supervised by the Ministry of Public Security. Through its field investigation and case analysis, we will be able to fully understand the formation of deviant culture, to develop appropriate deconstruction and prevention strategies. It is found that the closed villages caused by clan fights and so on form the natural environment of deviant culture, the symbol of money everywhere in the country is its yeast, and the formation of the criminal industry chain makes the traditional Geographical Relations into Criminal Fate Community. According to this, we believe that the identification of rural culture, the screening of possible deviant villages, supporting the power of rural justice, improving the grass-roots information collection system, and clearing the bottom line of legal strikes are the five basic safeguards of governing the deviant culture in villages.
