Abstract

The interface circuits have been mostly utilized in the areas like food-processing, pharmacy, industries, biotechnology, etc. The differential voltage current conveyor (DVCC) is a very multipurpose active device and gained attention for circuit based on current-mode. The paper presented a current conveyor (DVCC) based on CNFET for the design of a resistive sensor interface. Proposed circuit decreases 16.6% power than prevailing work. The design also reduces the number of active and passive components. Moreover, an Instrumentation amplifier based on DVCC is presented which is also used for the circuit of sensor interface. The design aspect are verified with SPICE simulations.
