Abstract
In the course of thousands of years of development, China's history has produced a wealth of artistic content. National culture, as a magnificent treasure in art, embodies its corresponding value. As an important part of China’s music system, art songs have shown more unique artistic characteristics and are an extremely important part of Chinese music culture. In the teaching of vocal music in colleges and universities, the teaching of art songs cannot be ignored. It needs to be analyzed accordingly to understand the importance of effective integration of art songs in vocal music teaching in colleges and universities in China, and put forward the corresponding integration of art songs in vocal music teaching in colleges and universities based on the actual situation. In the end, it can make the vocal music teaching system in colleges and universities more complete, and the application value of art songs will be more obvious.
