Abstract

The article was prepared based on the materials of the analytical bulletin of the Center for Monitoring and Analysis of Social and Labor Conflicts of the Saint Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions. The social and labor situation in the Russian Federation and the conflict potential in the labor sphere continue to take shape under the influence of the unstable global and domestic economic conditions. The article provides statistical data on social and labor conflicts. Based on an analysis of the political and socio-economic changes taking place in the country and worldwide, the author assesses the development of the social and labor sphere.
