Abstract

The article is based on the materials of the analytical bulletin of the Center for Monitoring and Analysis of Social and Labor Conflicts, St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions. In the coming 2023, the social and labor situation in the Russian Federation and the conflict potential in the labor sphere continue to be formed under the influence of unstable global and domestic economic conditions. The article presents statistical data on social and labor conflicts. Based on the analysis of political and socio-economic changes taking place in the country and in the world, the author makes a forecast of further changes in social and labor relations.
