Abstract
目的 研究早期重度眼烧伤的急症处理,联合新鲜羊膜移植的临床效果.方法 急症处理15例(18眼)眼烧伤,采用新鲜羊膜治疗碱烧伤4例(5眼),酸烧伤3例(4眼),铁水烫伤5例(5眼),热水烫伤3例(4眼).结果 18眼均无羊膜移植排斥反应和继发感染.术后无角巩膜溶解穿孔、虹膜萎缩,视力较前提高.12眼合并不同程度的角膜斑翳,4眼出现角膜新生血管.2眼全角膜浑浊行角膜移植术.结论 运用正确的急症处理联合羊膜移植治疗眼表烧伤,可促进上皮细胞分化移行,抑制局部炎症发生,能有效阻止新生血管和瘢痕形成,预防睑球粘连。
