Abstract

Objective To investigate the curative effect of combined with narrow-spectrum UV-wave and tacrolimus on vitiligo patients. Methods Seventy patients with vitiligo treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to April 2018 were selected. According to random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups, with 35 patients in each groups. The control group was treated with narrow-spectrum UV-vis combined with tacrolimus, and the observation group was treated with fire needling on the basis of treatment for the control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Fire needling combined with narrow-spectrum UV-wave and tacrolimus can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of vitiligo patients, improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, with high safety. Key words: Vitiligo; Fire needing; Narrow spectrum UV-wave; Tacrolimus; Adverse reactions
