Abstract
目的 观察消银颗粒联合0.025%维A酸霜治疗扁平疣的疗效.方法扁平疣128例随机分为治疗组76例,对照组52例.治疗组采用口服消银颗粒联合0.025%维A酸霜外用治疗,对照组单纯外用0.025%维A酸霜治疗.结果治疗组治愈率76.31%,总有效率89.47%;对照组治愈率53.85%,总有效率67.31%,两组比较,治愈率、总有效率差异均有显著意义(χ2＝7.07,P＜0.01;χ2＝7.03,P＜0.01).治疗组治愈时间平均为9.96±0.53 d,对照组治愈时间平均为15.11±0.94 d,两组治愈时间比较差异有显著意义(t＝5.15,P＜0.01).结论口服消银颗粒联合0.025%维A酸霜外用治疗扁平疣疗效显著,安全性好。
