Abstract
The exploitation of colonial Brazil by the Portuguese, French and Dutch had the intention to smuggle species of fauna and flora, as well as precious stones and metals. These people cooperated intensively by the devastation of the environment in the Brazilian cycle phases of Brazil wood, precious metals, of sugar cane and cattle. And the Brazilian law could not remain indifferent to these dilemmas with sociocultural trend of infinite transformation and increasing the country’s most coercive breakthrough was the enactment of Law no. 9605, 1998, the defense and protection of the environment, through the creation of new crimes, instituting thus a protection system administrative penal-effective, but a major obstacle that is being faced by the Federal Police Brazil, considered one of the top corporations in the world, and the prosecutor is the only kind of fragility criminal versed on fightingtrafficking of animals.
