Abstract
This article aims to discuss the problem of the effectiveness of the investigation of corruption crimes, as a broad, complex and global phenomenon, through the role of the Public Prosecutor's Office, making a triangulation between three topics, namely, the Public Prosecutor's Office, corruption and procedural management, so that the principle of the judicial decision rendered in a reasonable time is respected.
