The naive thought that anyone within the company will be able to develop a project is one of the great villains when it comes to solving a critical point or even an unnecessary process that is causing bottlenecks within the organization. The lack of a trained professional can lead to unnecessary expenses and great losses for the company, many times, even putting it in a state of great threats in the market. So that this does not happen, it is of great value that companies that are prepared to invest in having as members of their team a trained project manager, so that he is always doing analyzes of the company's processes and seeks the best way to synthesize them when necessary, contributing to cost reduction and increased profit or even personal satisfaction of the team involved through complex and dynamic activities. Project managers are assigned to achieve the objectives of the project, so they are responsible for their success, being in charge of all aspects involved. He is also responsible for communicating with all interested parties, particularly with the sponsor, the project team and the main stakeholders. The project manager is the only one who has an overview of the project. He is in charge of collecting all the information and objectives desired by the interested parties and bringing them together in an effective way so that the project is executed and completed successfully. Within the project execution processes, it will be possible to clearly and succinctly identify the various phases and stages involved from planning to closing the project, thus aiming at recognizing the importance of the project professional within the organization.
