Abstract

Resumo:Os dois principais centros da produção periodística feminina no Brasil se concentraram em Recife e no Rio de Janeiro e desta cidade saiu o primeiro jornal dirigido por uma mulher, que circulou nos anos 1852, 1853 e 1855. Este artigo objetiva socializar reflexões sobre a voz feminina no século XIX e a constituição do ethos discursivo feminino, a partir de uma pesquisa cujo corpus são os editoriais do jornal impresso O Jornal das Senhoras. Analisamos o editorial da edição de 08 de maio de 1853. Pautamo-nos nos estudos de Maingueneau (1997, 2008, 2011, 2015 e 2016) e Amossy (2008), quanto ao discurso e ao ethos discursivo. E, ainda, em Melo (1985), Souza (2006) e Silva (2007), no tocante ao editorial e Sodré (2011), Mouillaud e Porto (2012), Buitoni (1981, 2009) quanto à imprensa escrita. A análise do discurso do corpus constatou que a voz enunciadora revela não só a consciência da realidade em que estava inserida, como também a necessidade de se lutar pelos direitos das mulheres daquele século XIX no Brasil.Palavras-chave: discurso; jornal; ethos feminino. THE DISCURSIVE ETHOS IN O JORNAL DAS SENHORAS: THE VOICE FEMININE IN THE 19TH CENTURYAbstract:The two main centers of women's journalistic production in Brazil were concentrated in Recife and Rio de Janeiro and from this city came the first newspaper directed by a woman, which circulated in the years 1852, 1853 and 1855. This article aims to socialize reflections on the voice feminism in the nineteenth century and the constitution of the feminine discursive ethos, based on a research whose corpus are the editorials of the printed newspaper O Jornal das Senhoras. We analyze the editorial of the May 08, 1853 issue. We focus on thestudies of Maingueneau (1997, 2008, 2011, 2015 and 2016) Amossy (2008) on discourse and the discursive ethos. And in Melo (1985), Souza (2006) and Silva (2007), regarding the editorial and Sodré (2011), Mouillaud and Porto (2012), Buitoni (1981, 2009) regarding the written press. The analysis of the corpus discourse found that the enunciating voice reveals not only the consciousness of the reality in which it was inserted, but also the need to fight for the rights of women of that nineteenth century in Brazil.Keywords: speech; newspaper; female ethos.
