Abstract
The results of the investigation of the hole nature pyrite sample FeS2 are presented. The regularities of change of their electrical properties with increasing temperature in the mode of uniform heating to 635 К are established. The results obtained are analyzed in terms of the dependence of the diffusion intensity of charge carriers from temperature and materials characteristics.
