Abstract

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with severe influenza A (H1N1). Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and nursing interventions that the patients with severe influenza A (H1N1) received , and summarized the nursing experience. Results 1 man and 1 pregnant women died of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in the 15 patients with severe influenza A (H1 N1), the others discharged in cure that the etiology were negative,body temperature were normal, flu symptoms disappeared over 3 days, without complications, and the clinical setting were stable. Conclusion The degermation and isolation, rational administration, close observation, mechanical ventilation, nutritional support and psychological nursing are important for curing the patients with severe influenza A (H1N1).
