Abstract

Objective To investigate the key points of perioperative treatment to the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture around total hip replacement(THR),in order to restore the function of hip joint and relieve pain of surgery as soon as possible.Methods In our hospital from January 2006 to December 2011 96 cases of femoral neck fracture line elderly patients with hip arthroplasty perioperative care by inegration model,and through the clinical observation and nursing methods such as review system.Results The effect of THR had an inseparable relation to the high quality of perioperative care.In 96 cases,one had gastrointestinal hemorrhage,two had venous embolism,and the others left hospital in 2~3 weeks without postoperative complications.Conclusion Correct perioperative care and rehabilitation training can decrease complications effectively and have good long-term therapeutic efficacy,which also can improve the quality of life for THR patients.
