Abstract

Objective To investigate the key points of perioperative treatment on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture around total hip replacement(THR),restore the function of hip joint and relieve pain of surgery as soon as possible.Methods From January 2006 to December 2011 in oar hospital,96 cases of elderly patients hip arthroplasty perioperative with femoral neck fracture were cared by integration model,through the clinical observation and nursing method such as review system.Results The effect of THR had a inseparative relation to quality of perioperative care.In 96 cases, one had gastrointestinal hemorrhage,two had venous embolism,and others left hospital in 2 ~ 3 weeks without postoperative complications.Conclusion Correct perioperative care and rehabilitation training can decrease complications effectively, improve the quality of life of THR patients and has good long-term therapeutic efficacy.
