Abstract

Objecttve To compare the clinical effects of the total hip replacement and femoral head replacement treatment for femoral neck fracture in elderly patients.Methods To review and analyze the femoral neck fracture in elderly patients' clinical datas, who had the replacement of total hip( Group A )and prosthetic replacement for femoral head( Group B ).Compared two groups' perioperative period circs and the clinical effects in recent and forward.Results The surgical operation time and intra-operative amount of bleeding in Group A were more excellent than Group B, there were different statistical significance in two groups ( P < 0.05 ).The length of stay and in hospitalcost in two groups, there were no statistical significance( P> 0.05 ).But the complication incidence rate and forward clinical effects were more excellent than GroupA, has statistical significance ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The replacement of total hip and the prosthetic replacement for femoral head treatment for femoral neck fracture in elderly patients has good and bad of them, acording the patient's complexion and the characteristic of disease to choose the modus operandi.
