Abstract
The numerical method of calculation of cavity nucleation kinetics under the time dependent stress has been developed. The results of computations are not in full accord with the recent concept of classical steady-state solution. The cavity nucleation kinetics in the system of cavities and the time evolution of individual cavities in the nucleation and early growth stages at intergranular inclusions under the time dependent stress have been simulated numerically.
