Abstract

Abstract Aluminum alloy materials are most useful in present industrial applications related to automobiles and aeronautics thermal stresses is also one important factor in automobiles one of them in heat absorbing materials like heat sinks Aluminum having a good conductance of heat transfer means heat absorbing and releasing present project an attempt making for the heat flux analysis of fin type heat sink with different alloy composites of aluminum with SiC in different percentages 10%,20% additions, in related to the applications on of fin type radiator CFD Analysis with different coolants to check the better performance of material used. The radiator design in NX8.0, both the applications analyzed by using ANSYS work bench. The approach may give economic variation and good and analyze the SEM performance in the area of Aluminum composites.
