Abstract

The article examines the semantic and ideological nature of constitutional changes affecting the educational policy of the Russian Federation. The task of developing humanitarian sovereignty, providing for the upbringing of a christian-patriot-family man, has been set. Education is not only the preservation, but also the transfer of experience through horizontal and vertical connections, which requires direct contact of an adult with children. The ideological novelties of the Constitution–2020 include: traditional religions, traditional values, the concept of God, contribut- ing to the formation of identity. Children are a priority of the state policy of the country. The value of the family is recognized, marriage as a union of a man and a woman.
