Abstract

Three decades of reform and opening up, the competitiveness of Chinese talent has gone through four major stages of development, this paper analyzed the changes and promotion of talent's competitiveness from talent rank, talent input, talent output and talent environment four dimensions, and put forward corresponding promotion strategies on this four aspects.
