Abstract

On the basis of summaries of all domestic and international theories about entrepreneurial teams' performance, this paper proposes the three dimensionalities of entrepreneurial teams' performance, namely: the development power, the cohesion force, and the achievement of an entrepreneurial team; and then, sets up a concept model of an entrepreneurial team's performance; further, explores the principles and methods of how to evaluate the development power and the cohesive force of an entrepreneurial team's performance, and the effects they put on the performance; at last , gives some proposals on the management of an entrepreneurial team.
