Abstract
This article attempts to demonstrate the moments when the issues of truth and norm appear and articulate themselves, examining how such notions emerge in genealogy and relating these issues with the way in which some of the modalities of subject are produced, disciplinary power and biopolitics. Thus, it will show how the normalization processes constitute truths in juridical practices, situating this analysis in the problem of power relations, from which real effects and social practices emerge. In addition, it investigates certain forms of knowledge and dispositifs that require regulatory standards as scientific and universal ones, causing the normalization of all individuals who deviate from this pattern.Keywords: norm, truth, disciplinary power.

Este artigo intenta demonstrar os momentos em que as temáticas da verdade e da norma aparecem e se articulam, examinando como tais noções emergem na genealogia, relacionando tais questões à forma como se constituem certas modalidades de sujeito, relações de poder disciplinares e biopolíticas. Dessa forma, será evidenciado o modo como os processos de normalização constituem suas verdades no âmbito das práticas jurídicas, situando esta análise no problema das relações de poder, das quais decorrem efeitos de verdade e práticas sociais.Além disso, intenta-se investigar certas formas de saber e dispositivos que impõem padrões normativos como científicos e universalistas, fazendo com que todos os indivíduos que fujam a este padrão sejam normalizados.
