Using nonlinear capacity estimates specifically adapted to the fourth-order differential operator ∂4∂x4\\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \\usepackage{amsmath} \\usepackage{wasysym} \\usepackage{amsfonts} \\usepackage{amssymb} \\usepackage{amsbsy} \\usepackage{mathrsfs} \\usepackage{upgreek} \\setlength{\\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \\begin{document}$\\frac{\\partial ^{4}}{\\partial x^{4}}$\\end{document}, the domain, the initial conditions and the boundary condition, a general nonexistence result is established. Next, some special cases of weight functions h are discussed.
