Abstract

A Sea Grant award of $36,500 will support a Pacific Sea Grant Advisory Program (PASGAP). The regional program is being established because many users of marine resources do not confine their efforts within the boundaries or off the shores of a single state. The NOAA grant was made to Oregon State University, Corvallis, which will act as administrator for the seven participants—the University of Alaska, University of British Columbia, University of California, University of Hawaii, University of Washington, and National Marine Fisheries Service.
