Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings many opportunities to the banking and financial industry when applying technology in its operations. This development requires improving human capacity in the banking and financial sector for developing officials who master scientific and technological advances to apply in practice, proactively catching up and adapting to the innovation requirements of the economy. Banking Academy of Vietnam (BAV) is an organization that trains high-quality human resources for the banking industry in particular and the economy in general. In the above context and orientation, using the method of synthesizing and analyzing data from previous research papers, this article will clarify the importance of the Digital Competency subject in the process to develop students’ digital competence, and also offers some recommendations to develop digital capabilities for BAV’s students
