Abstract

: In recent years, with the rapid development of technology and the Internet, building a digital culture is an important factor that helps organizations adapt and succeed in today’s increasingly competitive business environment. Accordingly, digital culture not only ensures efficiency and flexibility in an organization’s operations, but also plays an important role in creating value for customers and helping the organization enhance its reputation. Using the method of overviewing previous studies, this paper reviews the theoretical framework of digital culture including the concept, characteristics and role of digital culture for organizations. Besides, this paper also points out the challenges that organizations encounter in the process of building digital culture. Finally, this article proposes some solutions to promote the building of digital culture in organizations in general and the Banking Academy of Vietnam in particular.
