Abstract
Abstract NI-VEE TYPE C is a leaded precipitation hardening nickel bronze alloy suitable for constructional, pressure, and bearing metal castings. Its strength is superior to red brass; its mechanical properties are comparable to those of lead-free G-bronze. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness, creep, and fatigue. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as casting, heat treating, and machining. Filing Code: Cu-72.
