Abstract
The 1929 annual meeting of Poultry Science Association will be held at Alabama Polytechnic Institute, Auburn, Alabama, August 20–23. Plan now to fit these dates into your summer schedule.The attention of members is once more called to the Poultry Science Association Research Prize. Complete details may be found on page 57 of Volume 8, No. 1 of Poultry Science, November 1, 1928. Manuscripts or reprints to be entered in the competition must be in the hands of the Secretary, J. Holmes Martin, Lexington, Ky., not later than Tuesday, August 13, 1929.P. H. Gooding has resigned as extension poultry specialist at Purdue University to accept a similar position at Clemson College, S. C., effective May 1, 1929. Stephen M. Walford, R. O. P. inspector in Indiana, has been appointed extension poultry specialist at Purdue to succeed Mr. Gooding.George P. Goodearl, formerly at Montana State College of Agriculture, .
