Abstract

The main trends being identify in the development of digital society. The digital society is the continuation of the development of the informationsociety. А high-tech infrastructure being formed in a digital space. Communication and information technologies are associated with the chara cteristicsand development of a digital society. In social space being formed of new spheres: e-business; e-administration and healthcare, digital government anddigital education. Today, these processes organically include the learning system, and we can confidently assert the formation of a new digitaleducation. For example, the philosophers of education are trying to understand the essence of education. Philosophersstudy the problems of education and morals, values and norms.
