Abstract
In the present article a problem of polymorbidity in modern neurology and approaches to it’s pharmacotherapy have been looked. A main risks of polypragmazia and advantages in this connection of combined drugs have been analyzed. Expediency of combined neurotropic drugs, based on the natural components as has been grounded. Use as an optimal instrument of pharmacotherapy of polymorbidity the drug Vasavital-Neuro has been looked with the point of view of its synergic action of separate ingredients, complex clinico-pharmacological effect and safety criteria.
