By addressing the difficulties faced by e-commerce business owners, the study closes a knowledge vacuum about the particular tactics they use. Through semi-structured interviews with entrepreneurs, this study uncovers important insights: a customer-focused strategy, flexibility in responding to market developments, data-driven choices, and strong cybersecurity defenses are essential for e-commerce success. These findings have obvious implications for entrepreneurs operating in the digital space: putting customer pleasure first, responding quickly to shifting market conditions, using data analytics, and putting strong cybersecurity in place are all critical. This report provides actionable advice for entrepreneurs to thrive as the digital market develops and stay competitive.
