Name and geographical history of Dailamstan in Sharazoor in the middle Ages

Abstract

This research is written to explain the name, history and geographical location of a Sharazoor city in the Middle Ages, as one of the most important settlements of Sharazoor in the Middle Ages, this city is mentioned in historical sources and written about. However, its geographical location is unknown and its original name has changed. It is not used for any historical remain in Sharazoor, Based on the original sources and historical information written about Dilemstan, then comparing this historical information with the evidence and archaeological remains left behind in Sharazoor. In order to determine and explain the history and geographical location of Dilemstan in the Sharazoor now, The research focuses on the archaeological remains of Darasulan area and historical remain (Dlidman) in the current geographical boundaries in the Hawraman, in the north and east of Khurmal district, Based on historical data, the research believes that the archaeological remains of Dilidaman are same city of Dilimastan in the Middle Ages.
