Abstract

This paper includes high efficiency drying process and high dew point air system process.(1) Taking aim at installation area reduction, we have been developing a high efficiency drying process with high drying rate. Among the factors affecting drying rate, important are.Pressure in vacuum chamber laid on the dryer cylinder surfaceTemparature of dryer cylinder(2) Taking into consideration the extent of 5% energy saving per 10°C lowering of dew point as a rule, the elements available for the high dew point drying has been developed. On a bench scale, we developed the following useful elements.The high adiabatic hood panel with heat radiation lowered to one third level of its originalThe low cost and compact heat transfer element with wave like structure available for the cross flow and periodic heat exchanger
