Abstract

With the development of clean energy, the integration of distributed generation(DG) and electric vehicles(EV) has brought many challenges to the distribution network. In order to achieve the coordinated planning of DG and EV charging stations, this paper proposes a multi-objective planning model of DG and charging stations. Firstly, the time series model of DG is built by using the multi scenario method, and the spatio-temporal models of EVs are established by using the Monte Carlo simulation method, which includes of private cars, buses, taxis and business cars. Secondly, aimed at minimizing total investment and operation cost and the best voltage level, the multi-objective planning model is proposed. Finally, the improved IEEE-33 buses distribution network system is used to verify the proposed method.
