Abstract
The planning method of electric vehicle charging station should not only consider the cost of charging stations to connect to the distribution network and the convenience of electric vehicle users, but also consider the impact of traffic congestion on the trip of electric vehicle users. Establish an electric vehicle space-time distribution model based on the distribution characteristics of electric vehicles, fully consider the impact of urban road network Traffic Performance Index(TPI) on the trip characteristics of electric vehicle users and the selection of charging stations, and calculate the shortest time for electric vehicle users to choose charging station at different times, so as to obtain the capacity of electric vehicles to enter the distribution network. The total investment cost, total operating cost, and minimum user trip cost are taken as the objective, and thus the mixed-integer second-order cone programming (MISOCP) model for electric vehicle charging station considering traffic congestion is constructed. Using an assuming planning area to verify the feasibility of the planning method of electric vehicle charging station considering traffic congestion.
